The verification of any information and its legality is the sole responsibility of the visitors. It is also the responsibility of the owner/advertiser to correctly enter the information related to its property. We do not guaranty the accuracy of the content of any listing that appears in the site but upon receiving a justified complaint we will take all necessary measures to delete or modify inappropriate information or listing.
Owners/ Advertisers are notified that they must respect the term of their listing and that there will be no refund for the cancellation of any listing with
LeisureVacationRentals.com. If you wish to remove your property from the website you can inactivate your listing. If you sell your property you can also inactivate your listing and in case of a sold vacation rental property you can also transfer your listing to the new property owner without any fee from us. If you sell your property and purchase a new property or own another property in the same location then you can modify your actual listing to reflect the new property on the market. Once a listing is in place the location cannot be modified. The sale of a listing (not the sale of a property) is not approved or endorsed by us and would immediately be cancelled without notice and without refund. A listing can be transferred upon sale of a
vacation rental property.
One listing is for one property only and not for many properties within the same listing. Owners/advertisers, agents, managers, can use a link from their listing page to redirect any visitors to their property website. An Owner/Advertiser, Agent, Manager that owns or represent many properties can increase its exposure by entering as many listings as desired with one listing per property only.
You must register as a member with
www.leisurevacationrentals.com to list your property. You will have to provide some personal information that will be kept strictly confidential in accordance to our Private Policy Agreement.
Please refer to the
Privacy Policy Agreement that is part of this Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement. You will be responsible to maintain the security of your password. You also are responsible to update with us any change of your personal information that we may need to know for us to contact you or keep an ongoing good business relation.

www.leisurevacationrentals.com its owners and employees, affiliates and service providers harmless from any claim or demand including attorneys and legal fees due to or arising out of the use of this website service. Even though prohibited people may provide information that is inaccurate, offensive, false, harmful or deceptive, we and our service providers assume no responsibility whatsoever for such content or actions. The use of the service must be lawful and consistent with security and liability and used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions and warranties
