Guatemala House Vacation Rentals

The house is furnished and decorated with unique antique furniture and art from the colonial period. It has mountains, city and volcano views; amazing garden and patio in the typical spanish architecture for a nice refreshing evening to relax. Security 24 hrs, the guardian take care of the garden and help around the house. The rental rate includes cleaning everyday. The house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bath, maximum occupancy 12 people. 
The structure is two level. On the upper floor 4 bedroom 2 bath and a resting area with comfortable chairs and sofas, Cable TV only at the second floor. In the first level 1 bedroom 1 bath, office, dinning room, living room, kitchen, laundry, patio and garden. 
The kitchen is full equipped, It has purify water, hot water (with gas) for the bathrooms, 1 TV with cable, wireless internett connection, parking space for 3 cars inside the house. 


In front of the house there is a convenient store 24 hr. In same street a bakery, spanish classes, salsa classes, Internet cafe, laundry, a church, print center, restaurants, museum, bookstore, long distance calling center, travel agency.
